Player of the Week: Sioux Falls's Chamissa Monday, August 1st, 2022 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Triple A, but last week Jean Chamissa of the Sioux Falls Red Pandas reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Chamissa rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (14-for-28), 1 home run and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this season Chamissa has gotten 61 hits in 239 at-bats for a .255 batting average with 2 home runs. His stats include 22 RBIs and 35 runs scored. He has played in 63 games. |
