SA Announces #1 Player Award Saturday, September 24th, 2022 The future looks extremely bright for Arturo Morales. At the age of 21, many players are still trying to find their way in USSL Single A. Morales has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the USSL Single A Outstanding Hitter Award. "I didn't expect to hit .313 this year, that's for sure," the left fielder said. The Connetquot Chiefs start also put up a .356 on-base percentage this year, with 121 hits, 28 doubles, no triples, 16 home runs, 76 RBIs and 52 runs scored. Juan Salinas of the Syracuse Storm finished second in voting, while Mario Ramos of the Syracuse Storm finished third. |
