Butler Tames Bulls Monday, July 4th, 2022 In a splendid 8-0 shutout performance, Darren Butler of the Hogsmeade Cauldrons subdued the Mt. Vernon Bulls on a 5-hitter. His manager said in postgame comments, "He kept hitting his spots and putting up zeroes." Butler registered 7 strikeouts and 1 walk. Butler has made no relief appearances this year and notched no saves. To date in 56.2 innings he has a 3-1 record, 3.02 ERA with 39 strikeouts and 13 walks. |
