PL Announces 2022 Best Rookie Vote Sunday, October 30th, 2022 All the votes are in for the Premier League Newcomer of the Year Award. The honor for 2022 has been presented to Chris Teague, catcher for the Smoke. He fashioned a .263 batting average, piling up 95 hits in 361 at-bats, 9 home runs, 25 walks, 55 RBIs and a .323 OBP. Toyokazu Asano of the Ft. Worth Cattlemen finished second in voting, while Aaron Phillips of the Buckhead Bowties finished third. |
