Thundercats Captures United States Baseball Association Title Monday, October 17th, 2022 The Richardson City Thundercats finished the year on a high note by winning the United States Baseball Association crown. The Thundercats claimed the trophy with a 5-1 victory over the Boston Patriots to take the series 4-2. The winning manager told reporters after the game, "I think the key to success in the playoffs is to get hot at the right time." Richardson City previously won its 3rd league title to qualify for the overall crown. During the Division I regular season, the Thundercats posted a record of 69-39 and wound up second in the standings. |
