Murphy Bags 3AA Best Player Award Monday, August 23rd, 2021 So far in his young career, Jeremy Murphy has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Double A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Billings Polar Bears left fielder hit at a torrid .409 clip as he collected 9 hits in 22 at-bats, 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Thus far this year Murphy has hit .283 with 9 home runs and 38 RBIs. |
