SL Names Outstanding Pitcher Award Winner Wednesday, October 27th, 2021 23-year-old Bartolomeu Lio of the Ft. Worth Cattlemen put together a good year in 2021 for such a young player. Lio was named today as the winner of the Silver League Outstanding Pitcher Award. Lio crafted an impressive 16-4 record and a 2.15 ERA. In 171.1 innings he allowed 129 hits, struck out 132, and walked 41. Nathaniel Riley of the New Amsterdam Republics finished second in voting, while Nicholas Wells of the Ft. Worth Cattlemen finished third. |
