Edwards Fashions Shutout Against Nuggets Monday, July 19th, 2021 "He's got a bunch of different arm angles and his ball was really moving," said the Rocky Mountain manager after watching Marshall Edwards of the Las Vegas Flamingos humiliate his club 1-0 in a fine 2-hit shutout. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Edwards said after he befuddled the Nuggets. "I was making good pitches the entire game." He whiffed 9 and walked 0 in the complete game effort. Edwards has gone 3-7 this season with an ERA of 4.57 and 57 strikeouts in 67 innings pitched. Other clubs are hitting .266 against him. |
