Gonzáles Selected 2021 3A Most Valuable Player Award Friday, September 24th, 2021 The manager of the Hogsmeade Cauldrons said he thinks Emílio Gonzáles is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 21, but it will be hard to top the second baseman's 2021 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the M3L Single A Most Valuable Player Award. His winning campaign featured a .245 batting average and a .366 on-base percentage this year. In 96 games he piled up 89 hits, 21 doubles, 6 triples, 10 home runs, 46 RBIs and 60 runs scored. Orlando Padilla of the Mt. Vernon Bulls finished second in voting, while Jorge González of the Columbia River Rats finished third. |
