2020 Top Player Honored By PAA Sunday, October 4th, 2020 Will Hunter took USPL Double A by storm this year and he did it all at the age of 26. For his spectacular campaign, the Irving Blue Sox star has been named the 2020 USPL Double A Outstanding Hitter Award recipient. "To be considered amongst the best in the league is pretty overwhelming," said the third baseman. On the season he compiled a .289 batting average to go with a .418 on-base percentage. The native of Fullerton, California also added 22 doubles, no triples, 21 home runs, 54 RBIs and 56 runs scored. Randy Galloway of the Springfield Shooters finished second in voting, while Thatcher Douglas of the Athletic Club KC Academy finished third. |
