1B Juárez Given 4-Game Suspension Sunday, July 12th, 2020 Miguel Juárez of the Lannister United Lionhearts was suspended for 4 games today by the league office for "inappropriate actions" during a game against Tacoma yesterday. He was ejected for arguing a call after he struck out on a called third strike. His manager had to physically restrain the Lionhearts first baseman. "You get caught up in the situation, emotions. No grudges, you move on," Juárez said in the clubhouse today, while talking to reporters about the suspension. Juárez is currently batting .304 with 9 home runs and 40 RBIs. |
