Phoenix Hotspur's Carlson Diagnosis Revealed Friday, September 4th, 2020 Richard Carlson could soon be placed on the disabled list. The Phoenix Hotspur starting pitcher told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 5 months because of bone chips in his elbow.
