Week's Premier Player: Chesapeake's Prost Monday, August 17th, 2020 So far in his young career, Dominique Prost has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USSL Double A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 21-year-old Chesapeake Continentals catcher hit at a torrid .692 clip as he collected 9 hits in 13 at-bats, no home runs, 4 RBIs and 1 run scored. This year Prost has hit at a .296 clip with 64 hits, 3 home runs, 29 RBIs and 29 runs scored. |
