Silver AAA Title Goes to Hotspur Reserves Thursday, September 17th, 2020 Let loose, Phoenix fans, your team has won the Silver AAA. The Phoenix Hotspur Reserves have officially captured the crown, the 1st in franchise history. "We've got a team that can do it all and we think do it just as well as anyone in the league," said starting pitcher José Granados. "I hope no one is taking us lightly once the playoffs start." Certainly the team's division crown will garner them a fair bit of respect, as the 64-38 record puts the club in position for the franchise's 1st USSL Triple A championship. "You never get tired of being in the playoffs," said manager Hugh Howard. "This is what you play for." |
