Suárez, Kudo Receive 8-Game Suspensions Sunday, August 30th, 2020 During a recent Washington-Yellowknife game at Washington Park, Alfredo Suárez of the Generals and Yoshida Kudo of the Dragonblood got into an altercation on the field and had to be separated from each other as the benches emptied. Both players knew they would have to face the music and today the league commissioner's office announced their punishments. They have been given 8-game suspensions because of their actions. Suárez is hitting .253 in 2020 with 22 RBIs and 4 home runs. Running the numbers on Kudo for the year, he has made 19 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 1-3 won-lost mark with a 3.34 ERA. In pitching 29.2 innings, he has totaled 33 strikeouts and 14 walks. |
