Vanali 5-for-5 for Harrisburg Thursday, July 30th, 2020 All game long Harrisburg's Patrizio Vanali was rattling the walls at Carrier Field and banging out base hits against the Belleville Bulls. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Harriers had a 10-2 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 20-year-old third baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Patrizio Vanali hit a solo-shot off Ángel Lares in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th. On the year Vanali has hit .251 with 5 home runs, 27 RBIs and scored 33 runs. |
