Hurst Holds Champaign Scoreless Friday, September 4th, 2020 Wayne Hurst of the Chicago Gold Sox was lights out in a 3-hit whitewash of the Champaign Corkscrews. He told BNN reporters, "I had my good stuff and it went where I wanted it to go." He registered 5 strikeouts and 1 walk in shutting out Champaign 5-0. In 20 starts this year Hurst has recorded a 10-8 record and a 3.40 ERA. |
