MAA Top Batter Trophy Won by Muñóz Sunday, September 1st, 2019 Sergio Muñóz put together a good August to earn the M3L Double A Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Nortonville officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Cherokees right fielder posted a .420 batting average with 8 home runs, 14 RBIs and 15 runs scored. In his season totals, Muñóz has 14 home runs, .331 BA, .359 OBP, 46 RBIs and 43 runs scored. He has played in 82 games. |
