MAA Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, August 26th, 2019 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week José Alonso of the Helena Grizzlies reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Alonso rocked opposing pitching for a .480 average (12-25), 2 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Alonso has hit at a .288 pace and produced 47 RBIs, 8 home runs and scored 43 runs. |
