Pitcher of the Month Named in MAA Thursday, August 1st, 2019 Wally Wilkerson hasn't been around the big leagues long enough to know that youngsters shouldn't be winning M3L Double A Pitcher of the Month. But when you put up numbers like his, you're going to get some notice. In July the St. Albert starter earned a 4-0 mark in 6 starts. He threw 40.1 innings, struck out 50 and compiled a solid 1.34 ERA. Wilkerson has a 8-2 season record so far. In 16 starts, he has fanned 125 batters in 106.2 innings with a 2.87 ERA. |
