Liang Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Monday, July 29th, 2019 Rappahannock catcher San-gui Liang wielded a big stick today against the Timber Hawks and his club walked off the field winners by the score of 18-8. Liang helped tame Augusta with 5 hits in 5 at-bats. San-gui Liang hit an RBI single in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Jim Thornton in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 7th and doubled in the 9th. Presently Liang is hitting .356 with 13 home runs and 44 RBIs. He has played in 53 games and scored 38 times. |
