Lone Star, Wizarding AC Agree to Trade Monday, August 5th, 2019 Lone Star and Wizarding AC have agreed in principle to a trade. The BC will send 20-year-old minor league right fielder Steve Duncan, 17-year-old minor league starting pitcher Cristo Rodríguez and 30-year-old center fielder Luis Mendoza to the Ravenclaws for 26-year-old center fielder William Wise. The deal is expected to be finalized shortly and the clubs will be introducing their new players to the press when the paperwork is complete. This season Mendoza has 2 home runs and a .261 batting average. In his 319-game career Wise is hitting .294 with 390 hits, 84 doubles, 12 triples and 55 home runs. He has scored 228 runs and driven in 178. |
