Lugo Red-Hot, MAA Player of the Week Monday, August 6th, 2018 So far in his young career, Pablo Lugo has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Double A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 19-year-old Portsmouth Coasties second baseman hit at a torrid .467 clip as he collected 14 hits in 30 at-bats, 1 home run, 10 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Lugo is currently batting .368 with 12 home runs, 72 RBIs and 69 runs scored. He has 134 hits in 364 at-bats. |
