Prodigy-Grasshoppers Fight Nets 5-Game Suspensions Tuesday, June 12th, 2018 There was a heated confrontation yesterday at Prodigy Ballpark between the Prodigy and Grasshoppers that resulted in ejections and suspensions. Monte Adams of St. Albert and Richard Brown of San Bernardino were issued 5-game suspensions by the league office for initiating the on-field disturbance. Adams is currently hitting at a .352 pace with 8 home runs and 30 RBIs. This year Brown has chalked up a 2.67 ERA with no saves. In 16 relief appearances he has put up a 3-0 won-lost mark and struck out 39 batters in 27 innings. |
