Holliday's Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Saturday, August 18th, 2018 Every day everyone is checking up on Dan Holliday to see if he got a hit to keep his hitting streak alive. Today's answer is "yes." He did it with a 1-3 day against the Twins. The Lévis Rocks first baseman stretched the streak to 20 games in his team's 7-5 triumph over the Corpus Christi Twins at Rocks Ballpark. Dan Holliday grounded out in the 1st, walked in the 4th, singled in the 6th and flied out in the 7th. Thus far in 2018 Holliday is hitting .328 with 9 home runs, 43 RBIs, 50 runs scored and has compiled a .390 OBP. |
