Mikeladze Slaps 6 Hits Sunday, July 22nd, 2018 If just anyone could go out and hit a baseball, big dollar contracts wouldn't exist. But they can't, so the good hitters get the big bucks. Raykom Mikeladze showed how it's done as he went 6 for 6 against the Gryfindor Braves and helped the Brinkley Belugas beat them 9-2. The manager for the Braves told the BNN sportswriters, "We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it. That's the game of baseball. Don't make mistakes and you win a lot more ballgames." If Mikeladze keeps hitting like this, he could be headed for a big pay raise. Raykom Mikeladze doubled in the 2nd, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Miguel Angel Gómez in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. To date Mikeladze has chalked up a .396 average with 2 home runs, driven in 13 runs and scored 10 times. |
