Hits Galore: Martínez Drills 5 Hits Thursday, July 19th, 2018 The Panama City Piranhas swept past the SC Storm 11-8 today at Golden Gulf Riders Ballpark and were paced by first baseman Miguel Martínez. The 24-year-old Martínez got 5 hits in 6 at-bats, helping to send SC down to defeat. Miguel Martínez singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, struck out in the 8th and singled in the 9th. This season Martínez is batting .270 with 62 hits, 8 home runs, 34 RBIs, .345 OBP and has scored 31 runs. |
