Richard Allison Captures Rookie of Month Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 Richard Allison takes the hill with uncharacteristic poise for a man of so few years. Allison is just a lad, but he strung together some solid starts last month to win the Silver League Rookie of the Month crown. In July he held opponents to a .195 average as he struck out 43 in 33.1 innings. In 5 starts he nailed down 4 wins, suffered 1 loss and compiled a 1.89 ERA. So far this year Allison has compiled a 5-1 record with a 1.74 ERA. |
