Moore Out 4 Months Saturday, May 24th, 2014 The medical report is in: the injury that has kept San Diego starting pitcher Gerard Moore out of action since 05/23/2014 will sideline him for another 4 months. The 33-year-old Moore, who has a ruptured finger tendon, said he heals quickly. "I'll be back soon," he said, "and I'll pick up where I left off. " So far this season Moore has a 4-3 record, 16 starts, 71.2 innings, 74 strikeouts and a 3.14 ERA. |
