Griffin Records Shutout Against Headhunters Thursday, September 5th, 2030 Atlantic City War Dogs pitcher Maurice Griffin blanked the Watertown Headhunters 12-0 at Trump Arena today, tossing a 4-hitter while issuing 2 walks and collecting 7 strikeouts. After his sharp shutout performance, he shared credit with the rest of the club. "I was just locked in out there and some of that is due to having a catcher who has such a great feel for hitters," Griffin said. "I couldn't do what I did without all the guys out there today."
