Season-Ending Injury for Gary Baker Monday, May 13th, 2030 The season is finished for Gary Baker of the Grand Rapids HS Summit. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Summit starting pitcher suffered shoulder inflammation while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Tulsa HS As. Team doctors said it would take at least 6-7 months to heal. In 9 starts this year Baker has crafted a 2-0 record and a 4.73 ERA. |
