Buffaloes Salazar Gone for Year
Friday, May 3rd, 2030
When Colorado starting pitcher Mario Salazar was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Buffaloes-Eagles game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Salazar had sustained a torn labrum and will be out for about 10-11 months.

This year Salazar has worked 29.1 innings with 31 strikeouts en route to a 2-1 record and 5.22 ERA.
