Quintero Hot, Spikes Cold Saturday, July 27th, 2030 Gabriel Quintero kept the State College Spikes hitters from doing any damage at Dean Dome today. State College could only muster 3 hits and take 2 walks against the right-handed Quintero, who controlled them throughout the game as Savannah took the contest, 20-0. Quintero added 12 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Quintero told reporters after the shutout win. "But whatever it was, I hope it happens again next time."
