Grim's Sánchez Snags August Batting Title Sunday, September 1st, 2030 When Ramón Sánchez stepped up to the plate in August he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Midwest League Batter of the Month award. The young Grim left fielder posted a .387 batting average with 18 home runs, 49 RBIs and scored 36 runs. Sánchez also worked pitchers for 18 walks to post a .467 on-base percentage. For the year Sánchez is hitting .291 with 34 home runs. His stats include 90 RBI and 75 runs scored. |
