ESL (28 & Under) Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, August 26th, 2030 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Eastern League, but last week James Hunter of the Minnesota ManBearPigs reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Hunter rocked opposing pitching for a .458 average (11-for-24), 4 home runs and 13 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Hunter is hitting .292 with 14 home runs. |
