SNL (28 & Under)'s Premier Player: Erickson of Santa Fe Wednesday, October 16th, 2030 Merrill Erickson of the Santa Fe Diablos had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2030. The 23-year-old right fielder put up a .340 average and a .416 on-base percentage, piling up 145 hits, 22 doubles, no triples, 34 home runs, 98 RBIs and 81 runs scored. António Ruíz of the Wichita Wranglers finished second in voting, while Rob DeWitt of the Key West Barracudas finished third. |
