More Injury Problems For Kansas City's Jeremy Carr Friday, November 8th, 2030 Jeremy Carr is hurting again, just a few days into his treatment for torn ankle ligaments. Apparently the injury worsened, so the Kings sent the 29-year-old left fielder back to the doctors for reexamination. Carr told them that the pain had gotten much worse in recent days. It was confirmed that the injury was indeed much more severe that first thought. He was sent to a specialist, who felt that treatment would be longer than first diagnosed. Carr will now miss a minimum of 4 months. Jeremy Carr is expected to undergo surgery in Kansas City(Missouri) tomorrow. In his 331-game career Carr is hitting .252 with 292 hits, 66 home runs, 156 runs scored and 186 RBIs. |
