Panthers Dominate, Sweep Wildcard Round Friday, October 4th, 2030 The Vista Panthers are on to the Divisional Round after a convincing series win over the Nashville G-Strings. Vista wrapped up the series sweep with a 3-2 win in the last game, to take the series 2-0. "We expected to win and we executed the way we needed to," said Phil Matthews, who was named series MVP. For the series, Matthews hit .625 with a .625 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Vista Panthers will play against the Pocatello Bellas in the next round.
