The club has now been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention for the 2029 season. "There were some things broken and some things said that are not repeatable," Chieftans manager Jesús Berino. Before this season, the Chieftans last missed the playoffs in 2027. In the 16 years they have been a High School Stars League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 6 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 3 times. |   |
