 | José Carmona Sidelined for Season Sunday, May 6th, 2029 The season is apparently over for José Carmona. The Jackson HS Swamp Bats medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 13-14 months with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. Carmona was hurt in the game against Santa Fe HS while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Carmona's record so far this season is 2-and-1 with no saves and a 4.82 ERA. He has given up 30 hits in 18.2 innings with 21 strikeouts. |   |
