 | Warriors Don Hayes Will Miss Season Tuesday, May 1st, 2029 When Don Hayes was hurt against the Newport News HS Paints, the Brookline HS Warriors were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 15-year-old reliever suffered a torn rotator cuff throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Hayes would miss 10 months of the season. This year Hayes has no saves, totaled 14.2 innings, allowed 19 base hits and fashioned a 1.84 ERA while racking up 11 strikeouts and a record of 1 win and no losses. |   |
