 | MWL (24 & Under)'s Best Hurler is Meneces Wednesday, October 17th, 2029 He's in the early phase of his career, but this past season Miguel Meneces performed like a veteran on the hill for the Grim Reapers and walked away with the Midwest League Outstanding Pitcher Award in the process. The 23-year-old Reapers star fashioned a 15-7 won-loss record in 2029 with a 2.30 ERA. In 183.2 innings of work and 29 starts, Meneces struck out 276 while giving up 130 hits and 63 walks. He held opposing batters to a .196 average. Paul Orr of the Plumstead Eagles finished second in voting, while Ricardo Montero of the Manhatten Meatheads finished third. |   |
