Plumstead's Germán to Miss Season
Thursday, July 26th, 2029
Jesús Germán has to call it a season. The Plumstead Eagles starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Minnesota Death Stars and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Germán was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn rotator cuff and stated that he would not be able to play for 6 months.

Thus far this season Germán has posted a 11-3 record, started 22 games, struck out 124 batters in 121 innings and compiled a 3.35 ERA.
