 | ITL Top Player, 2029 Choice Is Jackson Tuesday, October 16th, 2029 The manager of the Trenton Stars said he thinks Frank Jackson is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 24, but it will be hard to top the right fielder's 2029 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the International League Outstanding Hitter Award. His winning campaign featured a .356 batting average and a .488 on-base percentage this year. In 127 games he piled up 175 hits, 25 doubles, no triples, 43 home runs, 163 RBIs and 147 runs scored. Ken McDonald of the Trenton Stars finished second in voting, while Carter Sweet of the Portland Privateers finished third. |   |
