 | Huggins Magnificent in Louisville Win Friday, August 24th, 2029 In an outstanding mound performance, Louisville Bats starter Ron Huggins fired a complete-game shutout against the Indiana Hounds at County Stadium today. Huggins was the key to the Bats's 11-0 win. The 24-year-old left-hander was in high spirits on the mount for much of the game, his mood largely undented by the 8 hits and 3 walks he allowed. "8 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter as long as it was a shutout." This year Huggins has recorded a 10-7 mark.
