| Bellas Clip Stars 3-2 in R3 Contest | Leave it to the veteran.
The Pocatello Bellas got a great start from 35-year-old right-hander Bob Moss, who earned player of the game honors today as Pocatello won the contest 3-2 at Kekambas Park. Moss threw 5 innings of shutout ball in the win, which knotted the best-of-7 series at 1-1.
Keith Beard, who signed a 6-year contract worth $7,000,000 on 03/15/2029, aided the Pocatello cause with a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth. For the game, the designated hitter was 2-4 with a triple and a double.
"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Moss told reporters after the game.
Game 3 is set to be played Monday in Pocatello. Slated to start are José López for Springfield and Kevin Bush for Pocatello.
