Bennett Stretches Hit String to 25 Sunday, April 9th, 2028 At Maniacs Ballpark today Evans HS left fielder James Bennett stretched his consecutive-game hitting streak to 25 games with 3 hits against the Madawaska Valley HS Wolves. However, the Knights came up short on the scoreboard and lost the game 19-5. James Bennett flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. Presently Bennett is batting .512 with 21 hits and no home runs.
