Chieftans Pitching Ravaged by Ménard Wednesday, April 5th, 2028 Bill Ménard did a number on the Chieftans in the Fort Worth HS 13-6 victory today, and the number was 5. The Turkeys catcher banged out 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Mount Pleasant HS Grounds to lead his club past the Masconomet HS Chieftans. "I felt good in the batter's box today," he said later. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Bill Ménard singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Myron Brown in the 5th, walked in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
