The team came close, but have ultimately failed to make this year's playoffs. "Making the playoffs has to be our ultimate goal," said manager Dexter Lee. In the 20 years they have been a College Baseball franchise, they have missed the playoffs 9 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 5 times.
