Thomas Gone for Season in South Carolina
Wednesday, May 3rd, 2028
When Keith Thomas was hurt against the Arizona Wildcats, the South Carolina Gamecocks were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe that first thought. The 20-year-old reliever suffered a torn labrum throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Thomas would miss 7 months of the season.

This season in 8 relief appearances Thomas has thrown 16.2 innings and collected no saves. His won-lost record is 1-0 with a 2.16 ERA.
